We are back to offering all of our services. . We will have a very limited number of service providers available for each day and each shift in order to maximize social distancing and to spread out check-ins and check-outs. All services will be by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed.
During this phase, guests who visit Harmony Eco Spa will likely be coming into immediate contact with only one person (your Esthetician or Massage Therapist) and will otherwise only interact with one front desk associate.
All service providers and spa associates will be wearing masks for your protection. For our team’s protection during this phase, and per the guidelines from the state, county and City of Coral Springs, we are asking all guests to wear masks at all times, except when receiving facial, face waxing services or face down massage service. Upon entering we will be checking client's temperature and requesting client wash their hands prior to receiving a service.
We are asking all guests over the age of 65, or anyone with a compromised immune system, to please stay at home at this time.
Harmony Eco Spa always strives to keep a clean and sanitary environment for our guests and team members. We always follow and exceed all strict sanitary policies and procedures as required by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation for Aesthetic services and Department of Health for Massage Therapy. All tools, utensils, magnifying lamps, hot stones, and other such supplies are all sterilized prior to each use. All linens are washed with soap, bleach, and agitation, and dried completely and thoroughly on high heat prior to each use. During this time, we are taking extra special care to sanitize door handles, pens, clip boards, restrooms, fixtures, massage tables, headrests, and all other touch points consistently throughout the day with hospital grade disinfectant. And of course, Staff member’s hands are washed and consistently and thoroughly before every touch or interaction.
We are proud to have implemented the Reme Halo air purification system. With increased ionized hydro-peroxide output and enhanced catalyst zinc, it is capable of purifying every inch of air that the ventilation and air conditioner system reaches. Thoroughly tested to safely remove risks of airborne and surface bacteria, mold, spores and viruses.
If guests arrive early you may be asked to wait outside or in their cars until their appointment time is ready. We apologize for any inconvenience or changes to the typical Harmony Eco Spa experience.
Spa Employee Health.
All Harmony Eco Spa staff members who develop symptoms of coronavirus or other colds or flu, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sinus issues or other related symptoms, or who have possibly come into contact with anyone showing these symptoms, will be required to stay at home until healthy or cleared by a doctor. We will be taking the temperature of all spa team members,and anyone with a fever of over 99.9 will not be allowed to enter the facility.
For the safety of our teams and our other guests, any guests who have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sinus issues or other related symptoms, or who have possibly come into contact with anyone showing these symptoms, will not be permitted at Harmony Eco Spa until symptoms are completely gone and doctor clearance is provided. We will also request to take guest’s temperatures for the safety of our team, and we reserve the right to refuse appointments to any guests with a fever, cough, or other symptoms. Additionally, we will be asking all guests to sign an assumption of risk and waiver of liability form. Thank you for your cooperation on these matters.

During this time, Harmony Eco Spa is allowing cancellations of spa appointments without any penalty, due to illness or concern about illness.
Hours of Operation. Hours may vary from day to day. Due to extended time in between clients, our hours may be extended if needed to accommodate appointments
